Thank you for taking the time to write your message. I cannot believe how similar our cases are. I am 58 female and have the same diagnosis large tumor on right Kidney and some nodules in both lungs (December 19 2006) and also I have a tumor below the skin on my back that can be felt on a daily basis, and I experience the same as you, of what appears to be rapid growth during the off cycles, and then rapid shrinkage.  I am on my fourth cycle of Sutent 37.5mg., was on 25mg for the first cycle to begin with then two cycles of 50mg.  I had a very hard time on the 50 mg. but made through by refusing to give up. My Oncologist said that I was the only patient that had made through a full cycle of the 50mg. I had Hypertension before being diagnosed so that has been a major battle, but I am fighting it.  I thank the Lord that a drug such as Sutent is available and hope that he will guide me to survive as long as you have.  I am very interested in hearing from you and sharing your experience and certainly hope that you will not mind if I seek your advice and guidance.  Thanks so much again for your message.  Anita
